Small Group Session 60 min = Coach Shez + Four Athletes $360 ($90 each)

To honour this, and to protect the energy I pour into each session, I kindly ask that you respect my time as I respect yours. Cancellations and reschedules must be made in advance, and last-minute changes may not be accommodated. Thank you for showing up with intention — just like I will for you.
